When we talk about the human body and gravity it is better if we say posture. Good posture indicates a person is in good control of gravity. How is this so? Gravity of course is ever-present here on earth. Your body cannot do without it. Astronauts in space have to do various exercises to make the body work because the no gravity situation in space leads to physical apathy. On the other hand, a person who works under too much force on earth gets injured. Somewhere in between these two extremes exists the ideal scene.
Some people have close to perfect posture naturally. Most of us have minor twists and turns in our posture. The most observable outpoint that anyone can see is forward head carriage. This is quite common. Another posture problem is a bent forward upper back. Often you will see a neck tilted slightly to the side right or left. The forward head carriage is seen by looking at a person from the side. While standing, the ears will be forward of the shoulders rather than right above the shoulders. All of the postural faults cause extra work on the body and people often have little pulls they notice in their neck, back or elsewhere.
Most of these conditions require some joint adjusting. However there is a special technique we use that can improve chronic postural faults in minutes. Followup visits may be helpful yet a person will feel the difference immediately. We have a special tool that helps reset the nervous system so that it holds the corrected posture. It is a mechanical device that has a neurological reset when we do the procedure.
