TOS is a common presentation in my office. It sounds somewhat ominous but usually this condition is easy to fix. What it feels like is pain in the front of the shoulder where the arm hooks into the torso. Being a syndrome there can be other symptoms but let’s keep it simple as this is a common symptom. I had a patient today and he also had pain all along the right arm.but not severe. This resolved in 5 minutes of treatment and this is usual but it could be more severe in some cases. Recently I gave a talk along with another chiropractic buddy of mine to a group of doctors at a dinner in Pasadena. The Standard Process Company put on the dinner for various of their clients. there were 6 chiropractors there, some nutritionists, a nurse practitioner and numerous acupuncturists totaling about 30 people. The subject was how to muscle test. It was a short seminar totaling 2 hours and dinner so the presentation was just an introduction really. I gave a talk and had a couple curious doctors do a muscle test on another doctor who was the guinea pig. It all come off well and we got many questions. A chiropractor came up to me at the end and he complained of left shoulder pain. Using muscle testing I found 3 things on him and corrected each and his pain was gone. It took 5 min or less to resolve this condition for him.
Because we were speaking at The Standard Process sponsored talk I recommended a few supplements and showed the doctors how you could check a few different supplements for one complaint and which of the 3 tested was the one the body wanted. The guinea pig had been taking one supplement for her adrenals for some time. the one she needed was different. The doctor who was trying out the muscle testing couldn’t see any difference in her tests. I found she was testing the kidneys below the adrenals and when I adjusted where she tested the patient the test became doable and we found the right supplement.
We would love to assist you with your shoulder complaint or some other condition you are having trouble resolving. Give us a call.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mike Spearman
